1. I am about to put my home on the market. How can I find out what similar homes in my neighbourhood are listed for?
You may do it yourself by running a search through our MLS linked search engine (click here) OR you can leave it up to the experts by filling out a short form on our web (click here), you will receieve an estimate and even personalized comments within a few hours. You may also give us a call and one of our experienced associates will be ready to help and answer all your questions.
2. I need a real estate agent. How can i find the right one for me?

3. How do I find the right mortgage broker/lender and what kind of programs are offered?

5. How much of a deposit do I have to put down once I find a home I like?
First of all, If you know you will be needing financing you will need to get a pre-approval letter before you start searching for properties. A good faith deposit will be required to be deposited/wired to an escrow account. Initial/good faith deposits don't usually have a set amount, unless you are buying a pre-contruction.
6. How will you market my home for the best possible exposure?
Triangle Properties has extensive marketing tools to insure the maximum exposure for your property. In addition, we would have open houses and a Broker's Open to make sure all the realtors in the area are aware of your property.
7. What are the commission fees?
For sellers: As realtors, we work very diligently to make sure we do the best job possible. We would love to sit and discuss our fees when it is convenient for you, it is always negotiable however the normal and fair fee is 6% of the sales price; 3% to seller's agent and 3% to buyer's agent. Please remember the 3% is then subject to another split between realtor and his/her broker.
